 - ( if the parcel get lost or we send by mistake the wrong color)

Unfortunately we do not offer return ,refund or exchange because our hair extensions are made handmade only via custom measurements order. You have to make sure that you send us the right details orders

4. Refund Policy

We only refund your money with in the first 48 h you before we proceed your order. 

If we agree to refund the full amount ,the money to be back to you bank account cant take up to 15 - 30 days from the moment we consider that you are in title for full refund
